cVedi products, developed for the Field Technician, Maintenance and NOC Engineer, provide remote access to address system and network problems. The end result is lower mean time to repair (MTTR) reports, lower repair costs, and fewer field dispatches with users realizing a direct savings to their operating expense bottom line.

In addition to providing browser based Serial and IP visibility and access, other product functions include Ethernet over a T1 or a DS0, Dial-up browser access through our analog modems and Ethernet Hubs/Switches/Routers to terminate IP network elements and provide LAN based connectivity into Network Elements located within the various remote locations.

When connected, cVedi products provide access into embedded software contained within each Intelligent Network Element, leveraging the time and money the Network Element vender spent developing testing tools targeted towards their specific Network Element.

cVedi provides a family of products and services that allow connectivity and access into network elements located locally within a local office or a remote office.

Connectivity methods include analog dial-up, DS0/T1 and IP/Ethernet. cVedi provides multiple methods to provide visibility on all devices located on remote locations and provides multiple selectable methods to connect to these devices.
